REF Run 5K, 10K and Kid’s Obstacle Race

REF RUN 2018 10K presented by IRG-Duvall Physical Therapy: 8:00am start. Hilly, challenging course through the streets of Duvall. Start near the river, climb to the top of the ridge above downtown and then wind through neighborhood streets before heading back downhill to finish.

Note that the Big Rock Kid’s Obstacle Run is organized into heats by grade level. Accordingly there will be no “Day of Race” registration for the event. All kids must be registered by midnight June 1st when the “Get Me Registered” site closes.

Run or walk and then stay for the Annual Firefighters Pancake Breakfast, just up the hill. Wear your bib and receive $1 off of your breakfast!

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Both courses start and finish in McCormick Park in downtown Duvall, near the Snoqualmie River. Watch for signs on race morning. Arrive early for best parking on downtown side streets. Heed no parking signs to avoid getting towed! Carpooling is encouraged.
