put on Saturday. It was my first run in 10 years and I deeply enjoyed it. Thank

Two things surprised me today...
1) How supportive not only my personal friends were, but ALL the runners on the
trail. People were cheering one another on, supporting each other, coaching, it
was awesome. 2) How much FUN it was! Normally, I do NOT find exercise fun at
all. But today, maybe because of the spirit out there, or because of the
comradery, it was awesome. Thanks for a GREAT memory and a great day! ~ Stacy
"The 2008
Duvall run was my first run/race in about 18 yrs. Belonged to a very well
organized club in N. California and participated in several events including the
Avenue of the Giants marathon. It was absolutely fantastic to run/compete at
Duvall. Great little town, great organized race. race got me motivated to
participate in the other 2 cup races. Even though I am now a "middle of the
pack" runner my competitive spirit has been activated and of course my intention
is to improve times, which I have done at Fall City and Carnation. Thanks for
putting on a great race at Duvall! ~ Neal "
It was an exciting day for me; and
I think I am still running on high over it!!! I am still in shock that I first
of all- completed the race but that it was soo much fun to be around so many

A HUGE thank you to your team for the best
Duvall Days ever. My family, friends and I had a blast. The 5k was wonderfully
organized and all of the events were terrific. My family came out from Seattle
and we got to show them how a great small town does it right. I know you all put

It was a very good event. Very challenging! I
will race it again next year and recommend it to others. I LOVE your theme: run
hard or was it fast? run hills run duvall. I gave my shirt to one of the
competitor's son, but next year I will keep mine. ~ Sandy

I really enjoyed the race
yesterday and the race course, in fact the toughness of the course was the main
reason why I signed up for. You guys have to keep that course layout as this
race is unique and challenging, I love the climbing and the rolling hills once
on the top. So far, my favorite 10k race course by far and I will not doubt in
run it again.... Running hills is the best way to keep your fitness up and
improve your running economy. Organization and support along the course was
great! Duvall is nice place and their people are great. ~ Roberto
I'd looked forward to this race ever since I
saw the runners go past my house last year. This was my first race in 10 years
